1. Introduction

Welcome to Che Boludo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and Pricing

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Payments

We accept secure online payments via Stripe. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and correct. If payment is declined by your card issuer, we will not be able to process your order.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery: We deliver to specific zones within Melbourne. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
  • Pickup: For pickup orders, you must collect your order at the agreed-upon location (near the Shrine of Remembrance) at the coordinated time.
  • Because our products are perishable, if you fail to receive a delivery or miss a pickup time, the products cannot be reused or refunded.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our freshly baked goods, we generally cannot offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Cancellations are only accepted if the baking process for your order has not yet begun.
  • If there is an error with your order or the products arrive damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue (e.g., via a replacement or refund at our discretion).

6. Allergens

While we list major allergens for our products, all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, and occasionally nuts or soy. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
